Nummus, which is a trading name of Dryden Fraser Ltd (DFL), are a single legal entity who are Data Controllers and they collect information about you. DFL comply with Data Protection laws in the United Kingdom and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This privacy policy details how DFL  processes your personal data. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office under reference: ZA605664.

What data do DFL collect?

All information collected about you and your Company is used solely for the purposes it was intended, to help you with sourcing suitable finance arrangements. You do not have to provide us with any information although if you are not able to provide us with the information requested, we most likely will not be able to assist you. Your information can be collected when you enquire about products or services, when you talk to us in meetings, via telephone, email or SMS. We will never sell your information to any third party.

We use your information to send you the product information you have requested. We may check your credit history. We do not send marketing messages. We store all data collected on servers using a secure third-party cloud-based CRM system. We do not use cookies on our website to monitor or track you. We will only use your personal data for the reason(s) requested. For any additional reason – we will obtain your consent. We may process your data without your consent, where this is required by law.        

How do we gather your data?

– When you enquire or apply for products or services.

– Phone calls, meetings, SMS, emails and letters.

– When requesting feedback from your on your service experience.

We may also obtain information about you from other companies, as well as credit reference and fraud prevention services.

Who we share your personal information with?

We disclose personal information to third parties such as lenders, solicitors and valuers but only what is necessary for the processing of the ongoing transaction you have asked us to process. Your information will never be passed to any third-party organisations for marketing purposes.
